Carrot Juice

water
2   cups carrots
1/2  fresh lemon juice
1   tsp fresh ginger, peeled
Ice cubes – optional
  • Add carrots, ginger and lemon to juicer
  • Once juiced, stir in water to taste and add ice cubes if required.

Benefits:

Carrot juice has a particularly high content of carotene, which is a source of vitamin A, but it is also high in B Complex vitamins like folate.
