I call this my cleansing drink. It’s just hot water, lemon and ginger. But I’ve heard this is really great for your digestive tract as well as cleansing the palette.
I’ve replaced my morning tea with this along with the Carrot, Orange, Ginger and Celery Juice – together they really help curb my desire of sugar snacks mid-morning.
What you’ll need:
- hot water
- slice of lemon
- knob of ginger sliced or grated.
Add all ingredients to a mug and drink.
