Wake-up juice | Carrot, Orange, Ginger and Celery

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oranges (without skin but leave the pith on)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 stick of celery
  • knob of ginger
  • add all ingredients to juicer and juice

Excellent morning wake-up juice and a great vitamin booster too. We find this is an excellent juice for PMS water retention; celery is a great natural diuretic.
