What you’ll need:
- handful of spinach
- one pear (conference pears are the best)
- 3/4 glass of water
Add the spinach and water to your blender and blend away, then add the pear. Once you’re happy with the consistency pour into a glass of your choice and enjoy.
Remember all smoothies and juices are best drunk straight way as all the nutritious goodness and enzymes are at their best. But it’s far best to make your own and carry-out than try and fill the void with a bought drink…this way you know exactly what went into the drink and no added sugar’s been used.
